Job summary

Oyster is seeking a payroll analyst for a 9-month fixed-term contract within our global payroll team. You will optimize multi-country payroll processes, analyze payroll data, support processing and audits, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on multi-country payroll experience with tax and compliance knowledge.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and producing actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with payroll software, accounting concepts, and data transformation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret multi-country payroll data to support processing and decision making.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing and ensure country level compliance.
