Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior strategist for the Global Payments Performance (GPPT) team. The role focuses on building the operating model, reporting infrastructure, and scalable processes to support a growing post-sales organization.

You will lead high-impact cross-functional programs, including churn initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions at senior levels. You will design AI-enabled workflows, own OKRs, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in strategic or operational roles at high-growth tech companies or consulting.
• Ability to scope undefined operational problems, design solutions, and drive to completion with minimal oversight.
• Experience building operational foundations from the ground up and defining metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the GPPT operating model, including processes, governance, forums, capacity modelling and metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and global programs such as churn initiatives.
• Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and QBRs.
• Analyze system operations and workflow management, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
