Responsibilities

• Build and run GPPT operating model including processes, governance, and metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scale.
• Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs and prepare leadership materials.
• Lead cross-functional programs such as the global churn initiative.
