Job summary

Apex Group invites a Payments Specialist to join our global operations in Reston, VA. You will process and monitor domestic and international payments, validate instructions, and support cash settlement activities for clients across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED, FX, and bank payment practices, plus excellent analytical and client-management skills. A B.Com or MBA and 2–9 years in payments or treasury are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–9 years of payments, banking, treasury, or transfer agency experience.
• Bachelors or MBA degree required.
• Knowledge of hedge funds and private equity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor domestic and international payments (SWIFT, FED, FX, RTGS, NEFT, wire transfers).
• Review and validate payment instructions, SSIs, bank details, and settlement information.
• Support subscription, redemption, and cash settlement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across global locations.
• Investigate payment queries and provide client support.
