Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Risk Manager to join the International Regulatory Risk Management team for the Global Payment Network. You will drive the evolution of international regulatory operations, building a governed, scalable engine for global expansion and alignment across diverse regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex audits, and partner with business units to ensure compliant, proactive regulatory engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients.
• PMP Certification or Master's Certificate in Project Management (CPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute international regulatory reporting and complex global exams for the Global Payment Network.
• Manage international change management frameworks to comply with shifting international laws.
• Participate in country entrance and exits, in line with business strategy.
• Deploy a unified regulatory engagement model for the Global Payment Network with centralized oversight.
• Coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build enabling environments globally.
