• PMP Certification or Master's Certificate in Project Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage international regulatory reporting and complex global exams for the Global Payment Network, including major international audits. Drive post-exam insights into continuous, systemic control enhancements.
• Lead and orchestrate international change management frameworks to comply with shifting international laws, ensuring the network remains agile and fully compliant across borders.
• Facilitate country entrance and exits, in line with business strategy.
• Design and deploy a unified regulatory engagement model for the Global Payment Network, establishing clear operational guardrails and centralized oversight for all international regulatory interactions.
• Seamlessly coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
• Drive scalability and optimize resource allocation by aligning regulatory strategies with market commercial priorities, jurisdictional risk profiles, and enterprise risk appetite.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build enabling environments globally. Translate complex, international regulatory trends into technical specifications and market-leading offerings, turning compliance capabilities into a competitive advantage.
