Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 8+ years in legal, compliance, or risk management or regulatory experience in consumer financial services/payments.
• 4+ years in people management.
• 4+ years consulting with/executing for executive leadership.
• MBA or related analytical field preferred.
• Line of Defense risk management experience across diverse business lines.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with first and second line functions to analyze the risk management program framework and applicability.
• Provide expert advice and challenge on risks impacting network and merchant businesses.
• Advise business leaders on regulatory requirements, policies, and industry standards.
• Develop expert understanding of end-to-end network and merchant processes worldwide.
• Identify trends in data and assess network payments risks.
• Maintain expertise in global laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance in expansions and new products across networks.
• Develop relationships across Compliance, Legal, and Audit.
• Coach and develop team members and leaders.
• Support regulatory exam preparation and delivery.
• Manage and coach a Risk Advisory Team.
• Participate in leadership reporting.
