Flywire is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist, Infrastructure and Network Enablement to lead strategic payment initiatives and ensure scalable, reliable payment capabilities across a global network. You will coordinate across Product, Treasury, Network, Compliance and Operations to deliver projects on time and with operational excellence.

The role emphasizes incident management, partner governance, and data-driven communication to optimize performance and reduce risks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of experience within Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional project execution.
• Strong understanding of payments operations, banking infrastructure, and payment life cycles.
• Demonstrated experience with incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic payment initiatives across Product, Network, Treasury, Finance and Operations.
• Support incident management framework and participate in post-incident reviews to minimize recurrence.
• Govern payment partners and banking relationships; develop scorecards to measure performance.
• Influence global stakeholders with clear, data-driven updates on operational performance.
