• Support modernization of the Global Payment Network rules framework and rollout of the Enterprise Operating Rules Management platform.
• Oversee waiver requests and establish standardized governance review processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Product, Technology, and Operations to translate policy and technical specs into clear reports and executive presentations.
• Ensure advisory activities comply with Capital One’s project and program management standards.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance rule quality while maintaining human accountability.
