Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in fintech or payments

• Proven track record managing technical product roadmaps and APIs

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for Ford Pay and align with Ford objectives
• Lead with customer empathy; use research and data to build features
• Identify and launch differentiators across in-vehicle payments and loyalty
• Drive development of global card payments, POS integrations, and gift card ecosystems
• Navigate worldwide payments, ensure compliance, multi-currency handling
• Unblock tech by addressing architectural roadblocks with solutions
• Foster a high-performing culture through inclusive leadership
• Collaborate across a global matrix to integrate Ford Pay with platforms and dealers
