Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director of Global Payments (Ford Pay) to own the product roadmap and build a world-class payments platform serving Ford, its customers, and dealers. This leadership role requires strategic vision, deep fintech payments expertise, and the ability to influence a global, matrixed organization across vehicle platforms, apps, and networks.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Fintech or payments.
• Deep knowledge of card infrastructure, POS, and gift cards.
• Experience managing technical product roadmaps, API integrations, and backend payments.
• Data analytics and user research to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Ford Pay multi-year strategy.
• Lead customer-centered innovation using research and data.
• Identify and launch differentiators, including in-vehicle payments and loyalty integrations.
• Drive development of global card payments, POS integrations, and digital gift card ecosystems.
• Navigate global payments with regulatory compliance and multi-currency handling.
• Collaborate with vehicle platforms, apps, and dealer networks.
