Ford is seeking a senior leader to own Ford Pay, a global payments platform. You will shape the product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and align with Ford’s vehicle, app, and dealer ecosystems to deliver seamless payment experiences.

You should bring 10+ years in fintech/payments, deep API and backend architecture know-how, and a data-driven approach to influence strategy and execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading high-complexity product orgs in fintech/payments.
• Deep knowledge of card infrastructure, POS systems, gift card platforms.
• Proven track record managing technical product roadmaps and API integrations.
• Data-driven decisions using analytics and user research.

Responsibilities

• Own global Ford Pay roadmap and strategy across markets.
• Lead with customer empathy to build differentiated payment features.
• Collaborate across a global matrix with vehicle platforms, mobile apps, and dealer networks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock engineering teams.
