Job summary

Vontier Corporation seeks a Global Integrated Payment Product Leader to direct the outdoor payment terminal strategy, roadmaps, and in-line product management that accelerates adoption and revenue in North America. You will advocate for customers while tracking market and tech trends to differentiate our fuel dispenser payment solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years in Product Management with payment hardware a plus
• Exceptional customer-facing skillset (communication, presentation)
• Deep payment expertise strongly encouraged
• Experience with Agile Development
• Corporate Entrepreneurial Mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage payment hardware, engineered products
• Ability to travel +/- 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own the global payment product roadmap and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions to identify market opportunities and build business cases.
• Develop plans, market requirements and improvements to the payment platform—FlexPay 6.
• Manage phase-in/phase-out planning and end-of-life decisions.
• Align spares support strategy with repair/refurb offerings.
• Drive SKU rationalization and new product projects.
• Own the GTM strategy and execution for payment products.
• Ensure end-to-end development including certifications and 3rd-party integrations.
• Provide SME support to sales, marketing, distribution and customers.
• Set strategy for service and support of CRIND platforms and related materials.
• Represent payment product inputs in S&OP processes.
