Responsibilities

• Advisory & Effective Challenge: provide independent review and analyses.
• Architecture & Solution Design: identify gaps and propose durable solutions.
• Industry & Competitive Intelligence: conduct research across card networks and real-time systems.
• Framework Modernization: support modernization of Global Payment Network rules.
• Waiver & Policy Governance: oversee waiver requests and review processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Legal, Risk, Product, Tech, Operations.
