Job summary

Pace University is seeking a Global Pathways Admission Counselor in New York to support recruitment and admission of international students. You will liaise between Kaplan International and Pace, coordinating applications and maintaining records in Slate CRM.

The role involves DSOs, report preparation, and collaboration with Pace and KI leadership, with regular hours and potential travel to campus locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using database systems (Banner/Slate) and AI, strong MS package skills.
• Familiarity with the Slate CRM a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, process, review, track, and report all applications submitted by the US-based Kaplan International team and other recruitment agencies/partners.
• Maintain all applications and documentation in Slate CRM.
• Review and evaluate international academic credentials.
• Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO), with primary responsibility to issue the Form I-20 for first year, transfer and graduate international students.
• Provide pre-arrival information to Kaplan International students who are eligible for Global Pathways and direct entry.
• Prepare reports as requested by Pace and KI leadership.
• Participate in meetings as determined by Pace and KI.
