Job summary

Fordham University Gabelli School of Business in New York is seeking an Assistant Director, Global Partners to grow and maintain global academic partnerships at undergraduate and graduate levels.

You will coordinate MOUs, SLOAs, and pathways, collaborate with Graduate Admission, Registrar, and departments to align curricula and credits, and develop engagement programs with partner institutions to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with high attention to detail.
• Brand ambassador who can represent Gabelli School externally.
• Commitment to Jesuit values in global programming.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement outreach strategies to increase student conversion from MOUs.
• Manage MOUs, SLOAs, and other contractual documents with partners.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and information sessions with Graduate Admission.
• Maintain partner relationships through regular check-ins and reviews.
• Collaborate with faculty and offices to align curricula and credits.
• Develop student engagement initiatives and ambassador program.
