Job summary

Fordham University Gabelli School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director, Global Partners. The role supports growth and maintenance of global academic partnerships at both undergraduate and graduate levels, reporting to the Associate Dean of Global Initiatives.

The position requires managing MOUs, coordinating outreach for partner institutions, and organizing information sessions and campus visits. Hybrid work at Lincoln Center is offered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement outreach strategies to increase student conversions from MOUpartner institutions across multiple articulation pathways.
• Execute and maintain MOUs, SLOAs, and other contracts for academic and global partners.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and organize information sessions, campus visits, and events with Graduate Admission.
• Serve as primary contact for MOUpartner institutions, cultivate relationships, and coordinate annual reviews.
• Coordinate with Gabelli faculty, Registrar, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions to align curricula and credit transfer.
• Develop and coordinate student engagement initiatives, including a peer ambassador program.
• Track enrollment and partnership performance via dashboards and data analyses.
• Conduct annual MOUpartnership reviews and benchmark against peer schools.
