Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations, program management, or supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings.
• Proven track record coordinating complex multi-city travel and high-stakes events.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; manage many moving parts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interface with LPs, senior leaders, external partners.
• Strong PM ability; take initiatives from 0 to 1; meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and rapid change; maintain quality.
• Proficiency with modern productivity, scheduling, and travel tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute roadshows and LP events, incl. schedules, venues, travel, security, and day-of logistics.
• Coordinate GP/LP availability across stakeholders, locations, and time zones, resolving conflicts.
• Maintain LP engagement calendar and CRM; track meetings and follow-up.
• Host LP experiences, ensuring visits are polished and aligned with a16z brand.
• Lead LP deliverables: fundraising milestones, DDQs, and data-room requests.
• Drive cross-team projects from kickoff to completion with clear deliverables.
• Lead sessions, track decisions, keep contributors aligned.
• Manage team workflows, templates, trackers; improve efficiency.
• Maintain visibility into priorities and dependencies; surface risks.
• Take on strategic projects based on evolving priorities.
