Job summary

Cognition is seeking a Commercial Partner Manager to own the global partner ecosystem, onboarding, activating, and scaling a high volume of partners worldwide.

You will build the systems, playbooks, and enablement programs enabling dozens of partners to ramp efficiently. You will nurture emerging partners and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure credible, winning collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and organizational instincts.
• Ability to build scalable partner programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the long tail of Cognition's global partner ecosystem — onboarding, activating, and scaling many partners.
• Build systems, playbooks, and enablement programs that let dozens of partners ramp quickly and reliably.
• Nurture emerging partners, identify high-potential ones, and transition them into focus partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure partners have what they need to win business.
• Drive a scalable partner program driven by processes, metrics, and thoughtful governance.
