Job summary

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We are the makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer, and seek a Commercial Channel Partnerships Manager to scale Cognition's global partner ecosystem.

You will own onboarding, activation, and expansion of many partners, creating playbooks and enablement that drive repeatable revenue. Success requires sales/process experience, analytical rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Ability to build scalable partnerships and playbooks.
• Strong analytical and organizational instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own the long tail of Cognition's global partner ecosystem, onboarding, activating, and scaling partners.
• Build and run systems, playbooks, and enablement programs for rapid partner ramp.
• Nurture emerging partners and graduate them into focus partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to support partners in winning business.
