Project C.U.R.E. in Denver invites an Executive Director of International Partnerships to guide hundreds of Partners through the cargo delivery process, from needs assessment to container delivery.

The role requires coordinating with international partners and internal directors to ensure timely, life-saving support. The EDIP will manage complex project portfolios, monitor requests, and help with fundraising, reporting to senior leadership, and maintaining high service standards for donors and

Competenze

• Holds a bachelor’s degree and has 3-5 years of project management or program coordination experience, with demonstrated customer service.
• Well organized, prepared, conscientious, able to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Excellent donor and partner relations, professional, responsive and respectful in all interactions.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact with future Partners who submit a Request For Assistance and assist through the delivery process.
• Monitor requests and inquiries; initiate communication and explain the Project C.U.R.E. model.
• Delegate requests to Executive Directors or Program Directors as appropriate.
• Manage a portfolio of active projects weekly and record information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Cargo Project Manager to keep client projects on schedule.
• Provide accurate invoices for Needs Assessment and Cargo delivery; assist fundraising as needed.
• Continue work with clients to deliver additional Cargo containers following evaluation processes.
• Provide timely reports on activities to Vice Presidents and President/CEO.
