Project C.U.R.E. in Centennial, CO seeks a National Director of Operations to lead and develop the operations leadership across our U.S. distribution centers, guiding volunteer teams and ensuring high-quality medical donations reach those in need.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategy, and accountability, building leadership pipelines, setting clear OKRs, and sustaining safe, efficient warehouses and shipping operations in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in ops/logistics or multi-site management.
• Experience coaching leaders and volunteers to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage metrics, OKRs, and performance data.
• Passion for international healthcare and Project C.U.R.E. mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Operations Directors and leadership team across distribution centers.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and accountability for volunteer leaders and staff.
• Set expectations, identify growth opportunities, and build leadership pipelines.
• Establish training programs, meeting schedules, and development pathways.
• Ensure goals/OKRs are met across key areas: Procurement, Inspection, Processing, Warehousing, Packing.
