Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) seeks an accomplished Program Manager to drive execution for the Global Partnerships team. You will manage roadshows, LP engagements, and cross‑team projects with a strong focus on structure, reliability, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, anticipates needs, and handles sensitive information with judgment in a fast‑paced environment. In‑office presence required in San Francisco Bay Area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations, program management, or supporting senior executives.
• Experience managing complex multi-city travel and high-stakes events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with LPs and executives.
• Strong PM ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change; prioritize without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadshows and LP events from planning through execution.
• Coordinate GP and LP availability across locations and time zones.
• Drive LP engagement cadence using calendars and CRMs with timely follow‑ups.
• Host LP experiences, ensuring visits align with a16z brand and standards.
• Lead deliverables for fundraising milestones, due diligence, and data rooms.
