Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional knowledge.
• Experience maintaining databases, mainly CRM systems, or organizational tracking systems.
• Experience supporting contracts, agreements, documentation, or other administrative processes.
• Experience with global ministry or nonprofit work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Bible Media Group and OneHope initiatives to support leadership.
• Coordinate communication with ministry partners, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Global Partner Manager in cultivating partner relationships and travel logistics.
• Provide administrative, project coordination, and organizational support to leadership and teams.
• Organize documentation, contracts, and project resources to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare meeting materials and track action items for timely deliverables.
• Maintain CRM and databases; prepare reports and analytics for leadership.
