Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a high-visibility Global Partners operation within the Leo B2B Commercial Sales organization in Bellevue, WA. The Field Sales Operations Lead will own revenue reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive the growth of the Global Partners business.

In this role, you will partner with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Service Teams, Marketing, and Partners to deliver data-driven insights and scalable operational processes across the full revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
• Experience defining and implementing sales processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue reporting, analysis, and financial management for the Global Partners team.
• Deliver business insights and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead revenue forecasting cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive BI and process improvements.
