Job summary

Wiz seeks a Sr. Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to direct and scale our strategy across the global partner network. You will lead a hands‑on, front‑line technical leader who mentors a distributed team, aligning with Sales, Product, and Partner orgs worldwide.

You’ll enable GSIs and CSPs to scope, solution, and deliver cloud security services on our platform, driving partner‑driven revenue and high‑quality service delivery. Strong executive presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar in global SaaS/cloud security.
• Proven track record recruiting, retaining, coaching globally distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with C-level partners.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, regional SIs, VARs, MSPs).
• Strong technical leadership and hands‑on cloud security experience.
• Operational acumen with metrics and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Global mindset with cross‑geography collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team of Partner Solutions Architects.
• Lead from the front with hands‑on technical engagement on cloud security.
• Engage executives and partner sales leaders to align on joint success.
• Develop enablement programs so partners scope, sell, and deliver solutions.
• Strategically insert platform into GTM with partners and build services practices.
• Ensure service quality and consistency across partner delivery.
• Set performance expectations and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering for feedback loops.
