n8n GmbH is hiring for a strategic partner marketing role focused on scaling programs across multiple regions and partner tiers. You will design self-serve marketing kits and templates to empower partners, while maintaining a sharp focus on measurable outcomes and pipeline impact.

You’ll work with a global network of partners, crafting regional adaptations and program components that drive adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem health.

Qualifications

• Partner marketing programs scaled to hundreds or thousands of partners.
• Self-service program design for non-marketers (kits, templates, playbooks).
• Empathy for small businesses with limited time, budget, and marketing know-how.
• Outcome-focused measurement of pipeline and performance.
• Bias for action as a first hire with limited design/development support.
