Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to scale programs with agency partners and drive ARR growth. You will craft and launch campaigns, templates, and playbooks that partners can use to grow their businesses and yours.

You will collaborate with partner marketing managers to define strategy, ship ready-to-run programs, and measure impact across regions. A global mindset and hands-on automation experience will help you scale effectively.

• Drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
• Define, build and launch creative marketing programs that agency partners can utilize to grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Build the program portfolio to drive adoption, working with partner marketing managers to define strategy.
• Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits, email/social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories, and simple demand-gen playbooks.
• Drive awareness and adoption through scaled and creative communications.

Measurement and growth:

• Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue.
• Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, change, or stop.
• Turn each working program into a repeatable model and automate operations with n8n.

Requirements:

• Partner marketing at scale with proven adoption numbers from one-to-many programs.
• Self-service program design for non-marketers, with kits, templates, and playbooks.
• Small-business empathy and outcome-driven measurement, with a bias for action.
• Global mindset and experience running programs across regions and segments.
• Nice-to-have: strategic partner programs, channel/ecosystem background, hands-on automation, local events, and additional languages.
