Job summary

SentinelOne seeks a Services Director to build and scale the Partner-Led Services program within Professional Services. This global role reports to the Senior Director of Technical Services and drives the operational strategy for third-party delivery partners.

You will start as an individual contributor, then hire and lead a team, defining engagement with partners to ensure quality implementation services that meet SentinelOne standards and set customers up for success.

Qualifications

10+ years in leadership and operations, with partner-led services.
Experience building governance frameworks with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Background in metrics-driven environments emphasizing customer satisfaction.
Experience delivering AI adoption within services delivery.
Ability to guide and mentor delivery teams across functions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the operational strategy for partner-led services delivery.
Govern and manage partner performance with SLAs and KPIs.
Drive partner integration and alignment with SentinelOne's best practices.
Influence across Professional Services, channel, and other teams for lifecycle consistency.
Build and coach a high-performing delivery team to scale with the business.
