Job summary

Snowflake seeks a senior Partnerships leader to drive the Deloitte collaboration across the Americas. You will own the joint business plans, coordinate GTM programs, and manage executive relationships to accelerate adoption of Snowflake solutions with Deloitte-driven engagements.

You will coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure alignment, deliver growth, and maintain high partner performance in a dynamic technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of partner experience, alliances, sales, or biz dev in technology.
• 5+ years in channel sales or channel program management with revenue targets.
• Proven relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators.
• Experience building relationships with Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Snowflake-Deloitte partnership across the Americas.
• Define joint GTM strategies and co-marketing activities.
• Develop joint business plans and track partner progress.
• Manage executive relationships and ensure partner execution quality.
