Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a Global Partner Ecosystem Marketing Manager to define and execute the worldwide partner marketing strategy with distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Portfolio & Partner Marketing and is based in a hybrid setup from Milwaukee, WI. You will lead global initiatives, align marketing and sales, and drive growth across industrial automation, software, and emerging businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivelant Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or go-to-market leadership.
• Experience developing global partner or channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global partner marketing vision, strategy, and operating model across distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Develop scalable programs and drive alignment across marketing, sales, market access, and regional teams.
• Design and execute global marketing strategies and programs for strategic technology partners.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered capabilities to enhance personalization and program performance.
• Build globally consistent partner marketing programs and scale them across regions.
