Job summary

Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc. is seeking a qualified Paralegal to join our Eugene, OR team. The role partners with the Legal Operations Manager and attorneys to support day-to-day legal operations, contracts, IP filings, and regulatory inquiries across a global organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a paralegal role, a paralegal certificate or related degree, strong MS Office skills, and experience with CLM, DocuSign, Salesforce, and IP tools. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certificate with 5+ years of progressive paralegal responsibilities.
• Experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, CLM, IP management tools and related platforms.
• Exposure to legal operations, process improvement or project coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support legal and cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders and track action items.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys and business stakeholders.
• Maintain corporate records and manage entity compliance and filings.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, executing, and tracking contracts and NDAs.
• Support CLM processes, workflows, intake, routing, and recordkeeping.
• Provide ongoing support to users of legal systems and serve as backup administrator.
• Help implement and improve legal technologies, workflows and processes.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding/offboarding, including documentation and budgets.
• Assist in due diligence and investigations under attorney guidance.
• Assist with IP filings and protection globally.
• Review marketing materials for legal/compliance issues.
• Coordinate execution of legal documents and notary services when needed.
• Maintain organized document management and confidentiality.
