Job summary

Tanium is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own global paid search and video programs across Google and Microsoft from our Reston, VA area. You will define strategy, manage budgets, and deliver insights to drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, hands-on Google Ads/Microsoft Advertising expertise, and a data-driven approach with strong communication skills. This is a full-time role based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of global paid search and video campaigns across Google & Microsoft.
• Own budget planning and daily pacing for paid search/video.
• Create dashboards and reporting cadence for campaign performance.
• Ensure measurement with consistent naming, tracking, and conversion events.
• Collaborate with Web on landing page strategy and A/B testing to improve conversions.
• Partner with Integrated Campaigns to refresh creative on cadence.
• Align paid and organic strategies with organic search teams.
• Gather product/content insights to drive ad relevance and engagement.
