Job summary

Tanium, a leading Autonomous IT company, seeks a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid search and video programs across Google and Microsoft. You’ll define strategy, manage budgets, and drive pipeline growth.

You’ll partner with Web, Campaigns, and Organic teams to optimize performance, build testing roadmaps, and deliver insights that sharpen ad relevance and conversions across global campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing Google & Microsoft paid search and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong analytical and measurement capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of global paid search and video campaigns across Google & Microsoft.
• Own quarterly and monthly budget planning and daily pacing across paid search/video.
• Create dashboards and a reporting cadence that enables transparent communication of campaign performance.
• Ensure rigorous and reliable measurement by implementing consistent naming conventions, tracking parameter management, and conversion event tracking setup.
• Partner with Web, Integrated Campaigns, and Organic Search teams to optimize holistic performance.
