Job summary

Quad is a global marketing experience company seeking a Quality Manager – Packaging to oversee quality systems across packaging facilities. You will manage audits, CAPA programs, and data-driven improvements to meet customer and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing, packaging, or food-related industries, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of quality systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements (SQF, AIB, ISO, GMP).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-site quality programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Quality Systems program across multiple facilities.
• Lead CAPA investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Prepare for and host customer audits; manage audit plans and responses.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and right-first-time quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and production on quality investigations and solutions.
