Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Denver, CO seeks a Program Manager to coordinate globally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Lead projects from RFQ to implementation, driving new packaging development focused on sustainability, usability, and cost competitiveness, while ensuring on-time execution of customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• SOW development, project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Complete program level documentation and reports (KPIs, KAIs, milestones).
• Negotiate terms/price/conditions balancing scope, quality, time, and cost.
• Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Liaise with customers as the single point of contact for progress.
• Monitor status and update plans with actuals and forecasts.
