Job summary

Veritiv Corp in Canada seeks a Design Project Manager to oversee packaging design initiatives from concept to completion. You will coordinate resources, apply best practices, and generate data-driven reports to guide technical decisions and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Expect collaboration across teams, client-facing engagements, and a focus on design-driven solutions for packaging and retail displays.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project management portfolio for custom packaging solutions for Veritiv Sales and manage resources.
• Apply best practices and standards to project execution and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Generate and interpret reporting data to support technical decisions.
• Manage schedules and budgets; adjust assignments by business priorities.
• Communicate milestone status, deliverables, dependencies, risks to stakeholders.
• Develop and present technical presentations; participate in client meetings.
