Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own programs transforming 1P packaging handling across the delivery network. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive end-to-end improvements, and present streamlined business cases for investment.

The role requires 5+ years in program management and supply chain, with strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder communication. Stated base ranges apply to AZ/Tempe location and associated packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
