Qualifications

• Extensive experience in design program management, creative operations, or related discipline, with healthcare exposure.

Responsibilities

• Establish global design operations standards and scalable frameworks across international markets.
• Provide strategic leadership to design, legal, supply chain, and marketing stakeholders.
• Build onboarding standards, process docs, and operating frameworks for PM practices.
• Develop global prioritization criteria for regulatory timelines, creative capacity, and business impact.
• Create dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility into status, risks, and capacity.
• Oversee end-to-end packaging programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
