Job summary

CANPACK Group in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Group Manager, Procurement P2P to lead global Procure-to-Pay transformations and drive process harmonization across regions.

You will partner with Supply Chain leaders, champion best practices, manage master data, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and cycle times. Fluency in English required; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills - cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procure-to-Pay transformation and platform adoption across regions.
• Drive process improvement, governance, and data accuracy in master data.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Planning, and Logistics to ensure alignment.
• Develop and report KPIs to monitor P2P performance and efficiency.
