Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing international ocean shipments is required.
• Experience coordinating oversized or over-dimensional cargo.
• Experience handling large equipment or capital cargo.
• Familiarity with ocean freight, ports, container configurations, and routing planning.
• Experience with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation activities for oversized, overweight, and high‑value shipments.
• Coordinate international ocean freight movements including planning, port activities, inland transport, and final delivery.
• Review cargo dimensions and handling requirements to determine transportation solutions.
• Develop transportation plans covering routing, modes, schedules, and permits.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, trucking companies, and 3PLs.
• Monitor shipments and manage schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation.
