Job summary

Mondelez International in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Senior Technical Oven Lead to drive process development, optimization, and technology deployment across factories, delivering waste reduction, incremental efficiency, and growth projects while improving the consumer experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on TRL reviews, plant/site assessments, and innovation initiatives; travel up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Food Science required.
• 7 years of industry experience required.
• Standard PPE (steel toe slip resistant shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection)
• Standard GMPs Required
• Standing, Walking, climbing stairs.
• Working in hot environments

Responsibilities

• Lead project management with action-oriented approach, handling multiple complex projects, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Support development, optimization and specification of processes delivering consumer benefit, cost savings and quality improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical leadership, teaching, coaching and identifying future leaders.
• Travel to internal and external manufacturing sites as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process innovations.
