Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing analysis to determine which business functions are optimized for outsourcing vs internal retention.
• Design and operate an outsourcing model that supports scalability, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive transformation by identifying marketplace trends and shifting the outsourcing model toward transformational outcomes.
• Align provider visions with long-term goals to ensure flexibility and growth.
• Lead the end-to-end vendor selection process, including RFPs, vetting and onboarding of partners.
• Negotiate terms with senior management and external executives for favorable commercial terms.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs focus on financial accuracy, productivity, and member experience.
• Monitor ROI and conduct rigorous billing analysis to identify cost savings opportunities.
