Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking an Outbound Specialist to manage daily outbound shipping operations, create shipment orders in the MRP system, generate Bills of Lading, and oversee domestic and international shipment documentation.

You will monitor FG levels, coordinate with production schedules, carriers, and customers, provide status updates, maintain portals, report KPIs, and drive on‑time delivery with proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years related experience in a logistics/ supply chain role.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create shipment orders using the MRP system and generate Bills of Lading.
• Oversee all documentation for domestic and international shipments, including load tenders and export paperwork when required.
• Coordinate outbound appointments with carriers based on location capacity and shipping hours.
• Monitor daily FG levels and track FG statuses to ensure timely sales and shipping performance.
• Maintain shipping targets by ensuring FG ships within 3–7 days of production and resolve inventory older than 8 days.
• Resolve FG invoices and cost discrepancies by coordinating with Accounting and Supply Chain Services.
• Coordinate with freight companies and dispatch teams to schedule outbound appointments.
• Provide tracking and status updates for inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
