Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Global Process Lead for Opportunity to Cash (OTC) to design, optimize, and govern the entire commercial lifecycle across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role spans Order Entry to Cash, integrating with OTO, SIOP, NPDI, and STP within unified governance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in process management or operations in global manufacturing, with ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) and proven cross-region leadership. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global OTC blueprint across Order Entry & Confirmation, Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment & Manufacturing, Customer Project Management, and Cash.
• Design distinct process flows for MTS, CTO, and ETO with differentiated automation targets.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Services to define roles and handoffs.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and Job Aids governing OTC processes with data origins and revenue recognition rules.
• Coordinate with AMER/EMEA/APAC for global adoption while allowing regional requirements.
• Collaborate with Digital/Tech to enable OTC via Oracle ERP, CPQ, CRM, Cyberplan, Warehouse Manager.
• Drive improvements in invoicing, revenue recognition, cash collection, and DSO reduction.
• Partner with OCM leads to training and adoption plans.
• Define and track OTC KPIs like lead time, DSO, cash flow, on-time delivery, and touchless processing.
• Drive automation strategy across commitment types aiming for 50% automation increases and 20-30% efficiency gains.
