Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Director of Operational Technology (OT) Security to lead the global OT security strategy across thousands of manufacturing sites, supply chain and digital ecosystems.

The role demands a visionary cybersecurity executive who translates risk into business outcomes, partners with C-suite and regional leaders, and builds a resilient OT security program enabling digital transformation and Industry 4.0 across PepsiCo’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typically required for leadership roles in OT security.
• 10+ years in OT engineering, technology or cybersecurity leadership.
• 8+ years leading OT/ICS engineering or security.
• Experience within global manufacturing organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-site, global manufacturing environments.
• Executive leadership experience managing global cybersecurity teams.
• Proven track record developing enterprise OT cybersecurity programs.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Shows willingness to develop new technology skills and customer service capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work with remote teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and direction for the OT Security program.
• Governs testing for OT Security technology across labs globally.
• Define vision for OT reference architecture, governance standards, and OT security controls.
• Plan and manage resources to implement OT Security globally.
• Manage OT Security tools inventory, licensing, and optimization across PepsiCo IT.
• Establish automated testing framework across sectors and S&T capabilities.
• Secure digital twins and AI-enabled manufacturing security.
