Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Cyber OT SecOps to lead OT security monitoring, detection, and response for industrial control systems across Coca-Cola manufacturing sites. This role sits in Cybersecurity Operations and partners with OT engineering to ensure safety, uptime, and product quality through OT-focused playbooks and rapid incident handling.

You will guide MSSP SOC analysts, foster plant-leader relationships, and translate plant-floor knowledge into actionable security

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with a focus on OT/ICS in manufacturing.
• Experience operating or leading SOC functions with OT/ICS monitoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own OT security monitoring and detection within the SOC for OT/ICS threats.
• Lead triage, investigation, and response to OT security events with manufacturing context.
• Develop OT-specific incident response playbooks and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate cross-domain incidents spanning IT and OT with IT SOC and OT teams.
• Educate MSSP analysts on OT concepts and procedures.
• Provide executive-facing reporting on OT posture, risks, and incidents.
