Job summary

UVS Games seeks an Organized Play Operations Coordinator to own the global events backbone, coordinating timelines, venues, staffing, contracts, and budget for Riftbound and Showdowns. This contractor role reports to the Sr.

Premier Play Manager and supports NA, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA teams, with Seattle as the preferred location and remote options for outstanding candidates. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in event ops, strong organizational skills, and experience handling logistics, vendor

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event operations, logistics, or coordination.
• Experience supporting large live events.
• Fluent English; cross-region coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational backbone for every global event (ship sheets, hotel bookings, venue files, readiness checklists).
• Coordinate with venue and partners; manage timelines and paperwork; ensure flawless execution.
• Staffing logistics for premier events (travel, accommodation, on-site scheduling).
• Manage contracts and invoices; liaise with Legal and Finance teams.
• Oversee prizing logistics and inventory; coordinate with Prizing & Promo Manager.
• Track budgets; generate regular reports for Sr. Premier Play Manager.
• Maintain organized event records and documentation.
