Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking a Human Resources Talent Manager to lead organizational design projects, employee relations, and development for our Corporate and Global teams. This role partners with senior leaders to design effective organizations and future-ready talent strategies, shaping the workforce needed for tomorrow.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role between the San Diego Scripps Ranch office and remote work, with benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Organizational Design or related field, strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in organizational design.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in talent management, employee relations.
• Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management programs.
• Demonstrated success partnering with leaders to solve complex people and organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and design teams, roles, and structures.
• Lead talent and organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, calibration, and development planning.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workplace accommodations.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify capability gaps and deliver solutions.
