Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Global Orders Specialist to manage domestic and international orders from order to cash, coordinating with distributors, supply chain partners, production sites, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will optimize EDI/AP processes, ensure LC and incoterm compliance, and support continuous improvements to on-time delivery and cost efficiency in a dynamic, worldwide market.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global orders and intercompany liaison.
• Knowledge of SAP and EDI processes.
• Understanding of incoterms and customs compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international orders from order to cash.
• Liaise with distributors, supply chain partners, production sites, and logistics.
• Support supply chain metrics and identify improvements.
• Coordinate EDI setup with distributors and BF SAP.
• Prepare proforma invoices and LC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with LC terms, incoterms, and pricing.
• Handle shipment verification and customs documents.
• Assist with new product introductions and configuration changes.
